Mateo grew up by the sea, and from childhood he felt the ocean was more than a backdrop—it was a living world that deserved respect. Over time, he became a private fisherman, careful and patient, learning to read the tides and to take only what was necessary, always with admiration for marine life.
As the years passed, he began to notice something that bothered him: the best fish and seafood didn’t always reach people’s tables the way it should. Between middlemen, storage, and time, freshness was lost, and many people paid for “good” products that didn’t reflect how extraordinary seafood can be when it’s handled with care.
One day, he decided to change that and started his own premium fish and seafood delivery company. He became obsessed with selection, inspecting every piece in detail—smell, firmness, shine, true freshness—and accepting only what was exceptional. Everything was packed with precision, as if each order were a gift from the ocean.
By delivering in person, Mateo discovered his passion growing even more as he saw people’s reactions: families, home cooks, and chefs amazed by the taste and quality. He realized he didn’t just love fishing—he loved bringing the best of the sea directly to others’ tables, making that mission the center of his life.
